Corps Incorrectly Delivers Pink Center Decorations to Fallen

The Sea Corps on Wednesday apologized for mistakenly sending Pink Center Christmas shrub ornaments to about 1,150 departed Marine corps and Mariners.The gold ornaments, with an image of the Pink Center in the center, were part of a package from the Sea Corps Harmed Soldier Program that involved a letter to the departed individual from the regiment's powerful specialist as well as a leaflet with information about an running reconditioning program.The offers were dealt with to the departed soldiers.The Corps said it learned of the problem when close relatives known as Friday evening."There are no words to show how very sorry we are for the hurt such an error has caused the close relatives of our decreased enthusiast," said Col. Bob L. Mayer, the regiment's powerful specialist. "There is no justification for why this occurred."A speaker for the regiment, Capt. June L. Hair, said in an interview that by Wednesday 35 close relatives who gotten the offers had known as to point out the problem. She said Mayer has began to call them to say sorry.
